Why did I create RECHARGE?
RECHARGE is a method designed to help women move through (peri-)menopause with energy and vitality.
Today, I am going through menopause myself – just like you might be. It’s a real turning point, where I had to relearn how to train differently, respect new rhythms and adapt my goals. I studied, tested and adjusted. And the results were profound.
It’s from this transformation that the RECHARGE method was born, grounded in science but also in real-life experience, to support women who want to stay active, strong and fulfilled at every stage of their hormonal journey.
I want to show women, even those who are not athletic, that it is never too late to take care of themselves.
